Tomkinson has developed a professional skills base directed towards the provision of Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Town Planning services. Tomkinson is committed to providing professional services that meet individual client needs in an accurate, efficient, pragmatic and economical manner.

To achieve these aims, Tomkinson has implemented a Business Management System for project documentation, professional services direction and audit. Our Business Management System was derived from the quality systems established in April 1992 and continue to be developed in-house in line with the continuous improvement business strategy and satisfy regular third party auditing.

Tomkinson’s Business Management System is accredited for the provision of civil engineering design, town planning, construction management, project management and land surveying professional services and is Certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 aligned to AS/NZS 4801:2001 (OH&S) and AS/NZS ISO 14001:1996 (Environment).
